Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms by the player, baji99in may withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of a compliance investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your baji99in account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, baji99in will process the request within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions being met.
